3 weeks without medication (backorder)

I am coming up on 3 weeks of my medication (Adderall 15 XR generic) being on backorder and am completely unable to function, stuck in bed all day. I get my meds from my doctors in-house pharmacy, which in the past had less stock issues than chains. Howwever, it has not been any help this time.

I live in appalachia and go to a low-cost community health center with many thousands of patients but only a handful of doctors. As a result I cannot get in touch with my doctor quickly at all to transfer my Rx - it’s usually 3-4 days before I hear back from him. At that point the other place is out of stock, too. I am just clueless what to do at this point. I’ve been on this med daily for 4+ years without any interruptions, I feel so terrible without it.

Any advice super appreciated
