What’s the best way to find a local / family owned accommodation in Taiwan?
Airbnb or something else?

If you stayed somewhere local/family owned that you liked I’d love to hear your recommendations.

Mainly staying on the north side. Honeymoon, 10 days, exploring Taipei, Maokong, Beitou, Jiufen areas. Itinerary is pretty flexible. More interested in nature than the city, but understand the city may be best for convenience. Would rather support a small business than a big hotel or chain.
