still lightly bleeding a month later

so i had my MA a month ago today. I had the pills from Aid Access and followed the directions carefully. Everything passed from what I assumed I had big clots and a lot of bleeding and cramping but after that pass, my pregnancy symptoms disappeared almost immediately and the next day I felt so much better the next day. However, I’m still bleeding a month letter. Its very light though, nothing heavy whatsoever it’s more of a pale red spotting then a full flow. Sometimes it won’t even cover the tampon or panty liner and I only see it when I wipe. It’s just getting annoying at this point because I thought I would’ve been stopped bleeding by now considering it’s been 5 weeks and some days now. Has anyone else experienced this or have advice to get it to stop completely until my next period?

Also, I tested with a ClearBlue pregnancy test the other day and it came back Pregnant but I’m 100% sure i’m not still pregnant so i’m not sure what’s that about.
