Armour/EV guidance

Hello. Currently building a spear and shield tactician focused on the bleed playstyle. Hcssf. I’m experimenting with armour/evasion because I normally only play armour. I plan on going block/armour to ele, and deflection.
Am I spreading my build too thin? I’m no expert in building my own but it’s how I prefer to play. Any advice?
