Where to get a bowling ball drilled

I see both Park Bowl and 20th Century have pro shops. But the shop in Burlington seems like it might be a little more official? I'm also not 100% certain with how I want them drilled since I'm so new.

Would going to the Burlington one be better if they can explain things to me and work with me on what I'd want? I want to bowl two hand and I want grips but I'm not sure what kind.
