MacOs - Keep not being able to click if I do anything outside the game and come back into the game

MacOs - Keep not being able to click if I do anything outside the game and come back into the game. This happens on all different screens - it literally won't recover the ability to click after alt tabbing or honestly just interacting with things outside the game... not just alt tab. It is not all the time but it is like 95% of the time and it has caused me a lot of issues with queues and the ability to actually make Dota2 feasible with all I have going on. Does anyone have any resolutions or know how to actually put this kind of bug on someones radar?

What is extra crazy is when I restart dota it still doesn't always fix the clicking issue.
