10 Year Account Banned. Help.

I’ve had this account since the original Destiny. Ten years. While playing on the pale heart I was banned. No reason.
I don’t cheat, and never have. But I think I know the moment it happened.

I was in-game, and at the same time I started Windows updates which was installing my Bluetooth and WiFi driver updates, I was installing the Sonos desktop app (which had me update my firewall settings during the install), and Tailscale was running through an exit node which I use for work. This is all I can think of that might have caused an issue.

I’ve put in a ban appeal. I just don’t know if anyone’s still there to read it with everything going on at Bungie right now.

Has anyone here actually gotten a no-reason ban overturned? Especially from network or driver stuff mid-session? I’d really like to not lose ten years over this especially when I had so much to do on this last update.
