Losing

Im going crazy because in season 3 I have a 70% lose rate. I usually play support and engineer, im also always in the top 10 players in the match. I feel like all of my teammates just throw the game because they want to sit in the back of the map and get 3 kills from sniping and not spot anyone. Does anyone else have this happen to them.
