What supplies do you guys always keep stocked for PvM/bossing?

Been getting more into PvM lately and I’m trying to keep up on supplies whenever I have some spare gp.
Right now I’m stocking the obvious stuff like:

Prayer pots
Sara brews
Super restores
Divine ranging pots
Divine super combats
Anglers/Karambwans
Ruby and Diamond dragon bolts (e)
Blood, death, soul, wrath runes, etc.

What other supplies do you guys always keep stocked up on?
I’m also curious about some of the more niche stuff people keep around for specific bosses/raids. Things like Dragonstone bolts (e), Sapphire bolts (e), Guthix rests, Sanfews, teleport tabs/jewelry, thrall runes, antidotes, etc.
Basically, if you were building the ultimate “supply” tab, what items are must-haves?
