How to remove the old Pages app from the dock?

It looks like there is a new Pages app but, the old Pages app is in my dock and it keeps jumping. I can’t seem to remove it by right clicking or moving it to the trash or anywhere but the dock. Do I need to delete the app completely? Thanks
