PPL routine feedback, too much volume for progressive overload?
Hello! I'd like some feedback on my current PPL routine. It's based on the suggested beginner PPL template with a few minor tweaks. I've been lifting on and off for about two years, with some long gaps in consistency that have definitely held back my progress, but I have still seen some gains over that time. My main question is whether this routine has too much volume for effective progressive overload and whether I should cut any exercises. Any feedback is appreciated!
I should mention that I'm currently bulking, aiming to gain about 2.5 lbs a month at a calorie surplus of 2800. I weigh 161 lbs, and I'm 5'10.
