How early should I line up for panels?

This is going to be my first Anime Expo, and the biggest con I’ve been to so far. I’m interested in seeing two panels, the Doki Doki Literature Club panel and the Spike Chunsoft panel.

About how much before the start time should I line up? I don’t think these will be the most popular panels but I also still expect there to be a crowd.
