Need to decide wether to return my M2 MacBook Air

I’m a first time Mac user and went for a M2, 16gb - 1tb, it hasn’t arrived yet and I decided to look at some m3s and found a 16gb - 512gb for only abit extra. Is it worth returning the m2 for an m3 with less storage ?
