Gentu migration costs

Paediatrician, recently fellowed. I have been in private work since Feb, and mat leave since may. I probably only have 40 patients at the clinic I am at. They use Gentu. Unfortunately i am having to move to a new clinic due to issues within the clinic- (issues between the 2 directors). I am moving to a new clinic which is also on Gentu I am trying to sort out the patient data migration. The quote I have is $1000! (1100 with GST) That seems like so much money for extracting data from 40 patients . Do I just have to cough this up or is there options?
