The feeling of „Instrument of Surrender”

I think thet the “Instrument of Surrender” is genuinely the best score from Disco Elysium because it perfectly catches the whole feeling of the game. know usually people connect it to the feeling of sadness, dredd and uncertainty from the beginning of the game. It makes sense since at the start the only thing we are sure of is that Harry is truly miserable. Despite this every time I hear this song it makes me feel somewhat hopeful and brings some tranquility. I thought that it may be because of the whole road to healing and I just wanted to see if anyone thinks similar way since it’s really interesting to me that it may acctually be felt in two totally opposite ways.
