Kyber Security question

i know its gonna say it has at least one tojan, but last i checked it said 6, now it says 11 https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/034500264caf24dd1ecdc02f76e56707bfbb691cd2624414e6cad5784af9c2c8 i have checked the official site a few times and am getting different results each few days i got to try to download it, i have been checking it through services such as virus total, yesterday it said it had 8 now it says 11, i hear kyber being safe, but getting fluctuating results is a little uneasy, anyone else with similar results?
(not looking for a "just use it" looking more for a "Trojan.Application.Tedy.D4E69 is actually safe, its just the exe itself which needs to connect to the host/server" already dealt with enough douchebags basegame dont need reddit ones plz!)
