bad smell 1 month after medical abortion. what should i do?

Hi so i had an abortion about a month ago at 9 weeks. Everything went by smoothing and everything until i’ve been noticing my discharge had been smelling bad like rotten almost. That’s my only symptom i don’t have a fever or other abnormal side effects. Should i go to urgent care for antibiotics or just wait it out?
