Strong female lead historical fiction or nonfiction

I recently read The Diary of Mattie Spencer and it reignited my love for historical fiction. As a kid I was OBSESSED with the Dear America series, and my special interest eras were old west/wagon trail type stuff, Titanic, and England between the Roman occupation to around 1100 or so. I especially liked books with a strong female lead and explored the daily life of women/girls during these eras. Open to any and all suggestions!
