I think it’s disgusting to see influencers marketing their junk by not only being dishonest but misinformed.

Jane talks about how she was postpartum with her second with no energy at 4 o’clock so she wanted to come up with something to help moms.

Well guess what Jane and mothers who believe this is your cure?! It’s not!!! Lack of caffeine is not your problem it’s your cortisol levels and in fact caffeine not only makes it worse but with every caffeine high there’s a caffeine low. 

We are living in unprecedented times where our country has been more unhealthy than it’s ever been with obesity rates, disease rates and poor healthcare outcomes at the highest we’ve ever seen.   
Especially for postpartum women. Look at all the news stories coming out with these women killing their children!!!

What you put in your body matters! It’s important to understand what your body is telling you when it’s 4pm and you’re exhausted. When you are overstimulated and short tempered. There’s a reason for all of this. We as women are so unregulated with our hormones especially after childbirth. 

We as a society need to stop supporting these influencers who not only are completely uneducated but they are not qualified to be shilling junk and marketing it as “healthy”   
If you see these kinds of things on the internet and think “hey that’s me, maybe I should try that” please speak to a doctor about what’s happening with your body, spend the money you would spend on this junk, on blood tests to test hormones and get your body regulated using real health diet and lifestyle choices. Not Jane from the internet’s Steamy junk!

I think people should be able to sue influencers for lying and putting out false information
