How long do restocks take?

My wife got me a nice Vaer (the 39mm DS2 in quartz, black) back a bit before father’s day. Unfortunately, she picked a model with no date (and I need me a date). So we returned it only to find the correct model completely out of stock (and Vaer was very slow responding to e-mails about the return — they still haven’t responded to the most recent one). So I decided to try getting the right model on Ebay from a reseller. After waiting about a week on him, he responded that he too was actually out of stock. So I headed back to Vaer only to find they’re still out of a stock.

How long do restocks take? How do I get this company to take my money lol
