Moving out of state

Hey there everyone! Curious if anyone here has had experience with moving to a new state while employed with GL? The work I do is entirely remote and I can work from anywhere, but I need to make a move to a new state to be closer to family to support them during some serious medical issues. If anyone here has had experience moving to a new state, what did the process look like and how long did it take to get approved? Did you take a pay cut based on your new local cost of living? I've been looking through the entire Self-Service Confluence pages and can't seem to find anything that relates to this case, so any insight that anyone might have about this would be greatly appreciated!
