5 weeks and 1 day today

How is everyone doing? I am 5 weeks and 1 day today. I feel fine besides the occasional cramps that are uncomfortable (not on one side or any bleeding). I'm also eating a bit more I'd say. I will say I feel a bit lonely in some ways since I feel like I can't tell anyone yet, my husband knows of course. But I wanna tell people so badly! My 8 week scan is in a few weeks.
