Baker aviation AOG position

I applied to them the other day I have a friend who works there and says pay is very good. It’s 7/7 which I find very enticing and he also enjoys. I have heard some not very great things about them also from other people so if anyone has any experience with them I would love to hear about it. I also am wondering how hard is it to score a job with them I’ve heard it’s not very hard but the pay seems rather competitive and it almost seems like something isn’t making sense?
