One game away from 1700 and lost 200 elo.

Title says it all. I was 1690 something blitz and really hitting a stride. Whenever it came to my final game to break 1700, I lost and began to slip and slide down 200 additional elo in an unbelievable tilt. I am discouraged and know I’m playing well below my strength due to fog and disappointment over what’s happening. I’m not sure how to fix it, and also, it seems like even 1300-1400s are playing me into the ground right now.
