UNAS 2 install problem

Installing it and the mobile app connects to it, but then tells me that it doesn't have Internet access. No light on the port it's plugged into. Swapped cables multiple times. Connecting it to a Dream Machine Pro Max. It doesn't show up in the app as being connected to the port.
