Clear fluid leak underneath the tranny bell tower where the plastic grate is.....what could it be?

I just noticed a small leak today on the ground. It's seems to be a clear fluid when I wipe it up....and seems to be coming from this plastic grate. That's my X bar below it so it's leaking all over the middle of that, too. Anyone know what this might be?
