The suicide ending was the only ending I finished

Discussion

As the title states, the suicide ending was the only ending I finished in Cyberpunk 2077. I of course saw bits and pieces of other endings, but never enough to have any idea what happens in them properly.

Also, I love Cyberpunk deeply, and have replayed it three times since buying the game on launch as well as almost 100% one of the playthroughs, but couldn't for obvious reasons.

Why? During my original playthrough I fell in love with the game instantly, even with all the bugs and stuff that came with the release. However I was also very heavily contemplating the act of suicide at the time as well as acted on it one time, albeit unsuccessfully (yippee).

Anyway, when I got to the ending decisions I did not pick any at all for a long ass time, simply because I did not want the game to end, I did not want the lifeline I had to end.

And then the suicide option appeared, and BOY were my flabbers gasted. I did the ending, cried a ton and enjoyed the hell out of it.

Now for the reason I am sharing all of this. I feel like everyone I've met so far had very different opinions and views on the suicide ending, because what it did for me was not push me away from committing or contemplating the idea, but instead it made me so incredibly happy I was finally able to do it somewhere somehow and that happiness that came from me (My V) deciding to end it all pushed me away from the bad times for a great long time. I still keep coming back like once or twice a year just to replay the ending.

What are your thoughts on this? I'd like to know if anybody here shares similar feelings about the ending?

Disclaimer:

In no way I am bellitling the act of suicide or support doing it at all, I simply wanted to share how it made me feel and that after a good few years after release I have yet to find somebody who feels the same or similarly.
