Called Fidelity today - Person who helped me made me remember why I love Fidelity.

Not that I have ever had any serious issues with any broker/bank other than Computershare, but today I called to initiate in in-kind transfer of shares. Specifically from a managed to a self-managed account. The gentleman who entered the order was extremely pleasant, friendly and easy to interact with. Thanks Fidelity.

I post this because all too often it is easy to remember to post grievances here on Reddit, leaving a negative impression of the service given to customers, but I thought it would be nice to post something that was not negative.
