Roommate or roommates needed in 29palms

Hello! I’m moving to 29palms in July. I will be renting a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath apt. I’d like to find roommates to split the rent. If I find just 1, rent would be 875 and that includes utilities minus internet which we would split. You’d have your own room and bathroom. If I get 2 roommates rent would be 550 each and a 3 way split of the internet. However, your full bathroom would be shared at that point.
No pets at this time but we could discuss that later on as apt is pet friendly.
Open to make or female roommates just be chill and somewhat around my age would be preferred, I’m 33.
Have a job or will consider covering rent, short term, while you find a position if you’re relocating to Cali as well.
If you’re interested so far shoot me a message!
