Question about ultrasound of lymphnodes under jaw

Hi!

Question I had a ultrasound done of the area under my jaw. I felt one little lymph node, but the ultrasound tech did not necessarily glide over that specific little lymph node. She was gliding over the area and it took like five minutes. How sure should I be that the radiologist is going to see the lymph node in question. I did ask her afterwards if she has a good view of that lymph node and she said yes.
