I-485 transferred to non-local Tampa FO, 3rd FTA0, and now interview requested

I’m an EB-2 NIW (ROW) applicant with an approved I-140.
Timeline:
I-485 filed: April 23, 2026
Biometrics: June 4, 2026
No RFEs
Latest API shows a 3rd FTA0/internal update on June 27 (the event still references my biometrics date).
Emma previously told me my interview was waived and my case had been transferred to the Tampa Field Office, even though I live in Texas.
Today, a different Emma agent said: “The Tampa Field Office has requested for the scheduling of your interview.”
I’m confused because Tampa is not my local field office.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Did your case get transferred to a non-local FO and then later require an interview?
If so, was the interview eventually scheduled at your local field office or at the non-local office?
Has anyone seen a 3rd FTA0 shortly before an interview request or approval?
Did your API still show the FTA0 event date as the original biometrics date?
