RoadReady App bugging out?????

Hey there y'all.

I got my level 1 permit in May of 2025, and was planning on getting my restricted license some time in the next month. I had an account on RoadReady (the driving hours logging app) and have about 54 completed hours under my belt. When I originally made the account, the app was already being weird and would not send me verification emails. So, I made the account under my father's email. Flash forward to now, I no longer have access to that email by any means, RoadReady has some BS update, and the app has been dysfuctional for the past 2 weeks or so. I was wondering if anyone could give myself or my mom any tips about getting those hours back. I don't even need access to the account, I'll log the remaining hours on paper for all I care. I just really need access to my previous hours, because its absolutely unacceptable for Road Ready to just lose my year of driving experience from some dumb update.

If anyone could give us any tips, anyone to contact, etc. I know there's another post extremely similar to this already, but with the added layer of no longer having any sort of access to my father's email, I figured it would be beneficial to make a post myself. Any help is appreciated, thanks !!!
