Can I still renew an existing FB marketplace post after receiving notification that I need to upload my ID to continue selling?

Long story short, someone reported Pride items I was selling and now my account is being flagged for “unusual activity” even though I have been on FB for 16 years and selling since FB started marketplace. I do not want to upload my ID for obvious reasons (data mining).

My question is, can I still renew already existing posts without being prompted to upload my ID? Or am I now unable to renew, edit, or change my currently posted listings in any way without proof of identity uploaded? I know I can’t post anything new
