None of This is True HELP! Spoilers!

Hello! A couple of weeks ago I read None of This is True by Lisa Jewell for a book club, but have read a a couple of books since then, and cannot remember much of the book anymore. And the meeting is Wednesday! Can you guys please share as many details as you can? I’m searching online and cannot find the smaller details. I would greatly any and all you can remember. I do remember really liking it, and it almost ending on a bit of cliffhanger with Josie still gone, right? Thank you!
