Which perks/stars/mods regenerate AP in VATS?

I want to make PA heavy gunner VATS build for primed minigun, trying to figure out what affects AP regen during VATS.I know that Conductor 4* obviously works, what about Rejuvenator's 4*, Powered 2*, core assembly mod?

If there us any other AP sources except coffee?

My setup is 4xLB+1xRejuv 4*, 1xPowered+4xAgility 2*, Conductor and VATS optimized on weapon.Core assembly torso mod.Trying to find 5xActive 3* for bigger AP pool.

Right now i can solo Bigfoot with it wasting like 3k usual 5mm ammo and my AP is gone when i have like 1/4 of magazine left.Can somebody with experience tell me what to change?

P.S.: i want to change Rejuv 4* for another LB 4* so i can crit every other shot for better conductor procs and DPS.
