Is Kava legal in Italy?

Do you maybe also know more about the legal status of Kratom, Kava & Kanna in Italy? Or other similar psychoactive herbs, supplements & nootropics (e.g. Sulbutiamine, Bromantane, Memantine, Modafinil, Racetams, Sarcosine, Emoxypine, Tianeptine, Guanfacine) or OTCs (e.g. DXM, DPH, codeine, etc.)?
