Is anyone having issues with teammates disconnecting since new season?

I don't know about anyone else lately, but since the start of the season, I have had non-stop disconnecting teammates, more run and gun (my ping has been the same), and a few other funky things going on. I was just curious if anyone else is having an issue or two with the servers, or if Riot pushed out an update to the servers without announcing it.
