Can't tell if my dick is hard. When I'm turned on.

Since I've started hrt I've been noticing that when I get turned on while I feel it in my penis that is no longer indicative of it being hard. Quite often it feels like I have an erection but upon inspection it's still completely flaccid, and when it does get hard there is no discernable difference in what I feel... Being turned on feels the same when flaccid or erect.

Anyone relate?
