Terrified of crypto

So i bought some egg cartons for my dubia roach colony at a reptile expo, I forgot to sanitize them and i put them into my colony’s tank and now i am petrified and literally sobbing as i type this because now my anxiety filled brain is CONVINCED that if i feed my roaches to my leopard geckos that they’ll both contract crypto and have to be euthanized and it’ll be all my fault and i just need someone with more experience to tell me if that’s even possible?? Idk im like shaking and i can’t form words right
