AIW giving away my parents gift?

My parents just gave me (17m) a $30 Starbucks card for my birthday. I had asked for it specifically when they wanted birthday ideas. My stepsister (14f) mentioned she was jealous so I sort of asked if she wanted to spend it up and not say anything. She agreed to it. Am I wrong if I am okay with it?
