On the hunt for a saddle - tips?

As the title suggests, I'm on the market for a new saddle. My current one is one I've had since my early teens and it's been a wonderful saddle till this day, but now I'm switching to endurance and its just a little too heavy for longer riding.

I'd like something lightweight or at least light ish, I'm open to English but I'd prefer something western, and my horse has high withers. Also I'm not in a country that has the option to get a saddle fitted, nor are there many people who would know what to look for (hence me posting here lol).

Are there any particular brands I should look at? Any specific part of my horse I should measure?
