DnD First time DM

Me and a couple of my friends are going to start playing DND ive played before, not experienced but i do know some elementary things of the game. But no one is willing to dm but me. dont get me wrong i wanna DM but i dont know where to start, how to make it interesting so on and so on. any tips? Thanks!
