Lost more storage after deleting save data

Idk if this is the right place to post this but I’m in act three and was tryna free up some space on my pc so I deleted all my save data except for the latest one.
Something to note is that I did pirate the game so it’s not off of steam. I didn’t have the money to buy it at the time but I do plan to buy it again in the future when I have the means.
When I deleted the save data, I checked and I lost another 14gb of storage on my pc which leaves me a little worried. I know sometimes it can send stuff to the trash and you have to delete it again or something. I’m not too familiar with the technical aspects of data, so I’m just wondering what I should do so I can get the storage back!

Any help would be much appreciated
