Spotting

Hi! This is my 1st time making a post. But I am about 6 weeks pregnant and I’m 46, I’ll be 47 on Sunday. My youngest is 22, so it’s been a while. But today I started spotting. Like brownish pink color. I never had this with my kids. I messaged my dr but I haven’t gotten a response. Should I be worried? I am not cramping.
