When is Pete getting sued?

We all knew Pete and his crony’s had grossly mismanaged the company, and now we’re getting all this new information that’s painting a much clearer but hardly surprising picture of just how bad it really was.

With all this in mind, is there a class action lawsuit or something of the kind that could be thrown at Pete? Just thinking about all the Bungie employees whose lives were impacted as a direct result of his corporate greed. Surely there’s damages that form a basis for compensation?

Perhaps there’s a case for Sony to throw at him too? For misleading them in pumping up the value of the company. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re thinking about it already….
