Countering long range weapons

It's fine if y'all clown me, I already know that I'm trash at the game🤣 was just wondering if anyone had some recommendations on how to counter lance and blasters.

I main tezca and find it pretty hard at times to win neutral against blasters and lance specifically. Just feel like I'm always getting out ranged, they end up getting stage control and winning neutral most of the time.
