How I built my own blend instead of arguing about 440 hz and 432 hz
I got tired of the endless 440 hz and 432 hz arguments, so I just started building my own sound instead.
Rather than treat 440 hz and 432 hz as some sacred either or choice, I picked the one I liked and buried it under rain and a low brown noise, and for the record neither is medical, this is not medical advice. The whole pseudoscience fight evaporates once you treat the tone as one ingredient instead of a cure. With each layer on its own slider I made the tone barely there and let the rain carry the mood. It became my sound, not a forum's.
Stop arguing the number, start building the room.
I use an app called Mindael because the layering lets me set every sound's volume and save the result as a favorite. There is even a little sound quiz that suggests a starting blend if you do not know where to begin, but I mostly just build mine by hand for free. Mindael makes the whole thing feel like mixing rather than picking sides.

If the debate annoys you too, just build your own blend and move on. Mindael is what I use to mix. What is in your blend?
