Career Advice to Rank UP / Make More $$$ ???

Context: 22M graduated w/ my CS degree in May 2026, fulltime SWE in Chicago suburbs making 85K TC, eligible for RSUs in 1 year.

If you are employed, what are some career moves you made, to increase TC and move up the ranks whether internally or at different companies???

Guys I still feel so fucking poor, its really time to run it up. Also who wants to start a startup, Im deadass btw
