Does the game count the morale and health healing items as "drugs"?

I want to do a sober playthrough as my second run of the game. Obviously this means no speed, alcohol, or smokes, but does this also apply to the healing items I can buy/come across? Feels like a stupid question but I want to be 100% sure.
