Ark Survival Ascended Mods Not Working (Xbox)

I was hoping someone would have an answer to my problem. I've been playing Ark Survival Ascended with my brother on an unofficial server that we pay for, and I decided I wanted to make a single-player save for myself. We use mods for the unofficial server and I was able to install and activate them without issue, however when I try to add new mods and activate them they never show up. I've tried reinstalling the game and mods, clearing my cache and testing out other mods to see if they download to no success. I also have space for more mods so it shouldn't be a storage issue. Even though I have the original mods in my single-player save, I've noticed some of the modded Dinos aren't spawning in my world, even though I have the saddles available for them. It's been frustrating because we also want to add more mods to our server, but I doubt it will let me. My brother plays on PC and I play on my Xbox. If anyone has any tips or an answer to my problem I would be very grateful! Thank you 😊
